History of Dynamic Charge

Dynamic Charge is the weapon trait on Symmetry. Final blows and precision hits build charges. Switching to Arc Seeker mode increases the Seekers' damage and partially reloads the magazine based on the number of charges; charged Arc Seeker hits grant and can spend Bolt Charge.
