History of Dust Giants

Overview

The Dust Giants are an elite Cabal legion stationed on Mars, identifiable by dark green armor with orange trim. They are recruited from Sand Eater veteran infantry and act as a mobile shock and reserve force for Cabal scout legions, reinforcing lines during major Vex offensives. By the Taken War they had lost about 39% of their Cabal manpower across Mars and Phobos.

Locations

Their keeps are Cerberus Vae III, the Valley of the Kings and Giants' Pass. Their deployment is Meridian Bay.

Relationship with the Siege Dancers

The Dust Giants are listed as allied with the Siege Dancers. Their officer Valus Ta'aurc led the Siege Dancers from the Imperial land tank Cerberus Vae III, near the Rubicon Wastes, until Guardians assassinated him.
