History of Dual Speed Receiver

Overview

Dual Speed Receiver is the Exotic trait of the SUROS Regime. When aiming down sights, the weapon's rate of fire slows while its damage increases.

The wiki gives no percentages for either change. It is only on SUROS Regime in the game data (see the Rolls on list).
