Acquisition

The sources disagree on where Dream Breaker came from. One listing places it on the Moon in Season 8, obtained by exploring the Moon. Another ties it to the Shadowkeep campaign, where it is obtained from the Lectern of Enchantment in the Sanctuary. It cannot be reacquired from Collections.
