History of Dragonfly Regalia Wings

Overview

Dragonfly Regalia Wings is a Legendary Hunter cloak (the Hunter class item). The theme is dragonflies as a symbol of hope, with the line "Begin the dance of the dragonflies" and a Cryptarch Matsuo quote about restoring the beauty of the planets. The Wings are the Hunter class item, with a quote attributed to Cryptarch Matsuo. It is a cosmetic-leaning armor piece with no named perk or god roll in the sources I used.

Acquisition

Destinypedia says the Dragonfly Regalia set was sold in Eververse engrams by Tess Everis at the Eververse Trading Company during what it calls Season 4 of the Forsaken year; this page's data lists Bright Engrams. Names by class: Hunter (Mask, Gauntlets, Vest, Strides, Wings), Titan (Helm, Grips, Plate, Greaves, Mark), Warlock (Mandible, Reaches, Robes, Boots, Bond).
