History of Distant Roar

Overview

Distant Roar is a Triumph in Destiny 2 that tracks the “Medals earned” objective. It requires defeating 2 opponents using Silence and Squall from a long distance.

How to complete

1. Equip a Revenant subclass Hunter. Silence and Squall is a thrown Super for Hunters that have chosen the Revenant subclass.
2. Throw the Super at an enemy from range. Silence creates an area-of-effect flash-freeze blast that freezes and damages everything inside it. Squall creates a Stasis storm that lingers on impact and then hones in on nearby enemies.
3. Defeat 2 opponents with the Super from a long distance. The game text gives no exact distance, so throw from well outside melee range.

Tips

• Silence hits a whole area, so it's a good way to finish groups from range.
• Squall's storm pulls toward nearby enemies after it lands, so stay clear of the storm yourself.
