History of Disorienting Blow

Disorienting Blow is an Arc melee ability of the Arcstrider subclass, in the Way of the Wind tree. Striking an enemy with it blinds them and amplifies you.

The Out of Nowhere triumph asks Arcstriders running Way of the Wind to defeat enemies disoriented by Disorienting Blow.
