History of Discerptor

Overview

Discerptor is the dungeon title for Duality, introduced in Season of the Haunted (Season 17, May 24 to August 23, 2022 per Destinypedia; Grindout and Screen Rant say the dungeon released in that season), where Guardians enter the tethered mind of Calus. It requires 11 triumphs listed on this wiki (Screen Rant and Grindout list ten, without the Duality trophies triumph). Players without a clan cannot get it, because United in Secrecy needs a full fireteam of clanmates.

Triumphs

• Duality - the dungeon trophies triumph.
• Thoughtstealer - complete the dungeon.
• Solo Thoughtstealer - finish all encounters solo in one session.
• Master Thoughtstealer - complete on Master difficulty.
• Mind Heist - steal Calus's repressed memories (the secret collectibles).
• Assassin's Lament - earn the Exotic sword Heartshadow.
• United in Secrecy - full fireteam of clanmates.
• Arc Fireteam Completion, Solar Fireteam Completion, Void Fireteam Completion - full fireteam on that element's subclasses.
• United in Class - full fireteam of the same class (Stasis also counts per the source).

Tips

Screen Rant recommends a Solar Titan build. Duality is regarded as one of the hardest dungeons to solo (Gfinity search summary: bring a high-damage Linear Fusion Rifle, max Resilience and plenty of healing). Grindout and Screen Rant give no gilding or time estimate, and the source does not confirm vaulting; Duality has been in the Dungeon rotation, so check the in-game triumph.
