History of Desperate Measures (perk)

Overview

Desperate Measures is a Basic Trait from Season 23. Weapon final blows grant bonus damage. Final blows made with Melee attacks or Grenades give a bigger bonus, and the bonuses can stack.

The wiki gives no damage values and no duration. It rolls on about 95 weapons, the most common trait in this batch (see the Rolls on list).
