History of Demoralize

Overview

Demoralize is an Enhanced Trait listed under Season 26. A precision final blow causes nearby targets to become weakened. The enhanced version also reduces the cooldown between activations.

The wiki does not give what "weakened" does in numbers, or the new cooldown value. It rolls on about 39 weapons (see the Rolls on list).
