History of Decryption Core Fragments

Decryption Core Fragments are a quest material used in the Divinity Exotic quest line. They are collected from Vex enemies, which are typically the overgrown Vex found on the Moon or in the Garden of Salvation.

Acquisition

• Drops: Overgrown Vex enemies on the Moon and in the Garden of Salvation.
• Quest use: The fragments feed a later Divinity step. The empowered core is bought at the Lectern of Enchantment in Sanctuary on the Moon, which requires 30 Phantasmal Fragments.

Sources differ on the exact Vex-kill target and on which quests use this material in current Destiny 2, so check a current guide before farming.
