History of Dawning Surprise

Overview

Dawning Surprise is a Basic Origin Trait from Season 19 tied to The Dawning. Defeating targets awards a Dawning gift, and defeated powerful targets count as more than one. The in-game text says "defeating" without a speed condition. The wiki's summary says "rapidly", which is not in the manifest text, so the in-game wording is the one to trust. No source gives thresholds for powerful targets.

Notes

Fits weapons used in Dawning-themed play, where repeated kills on tougher enemies build the gift count faster.

No balance changes are recorded.
