History of Cult of the Aeons

Overview

The Cult of the Aeons is a set of three Exotic gauntlets: Aeon Swift (Hunter), Aeon Soul (Warlock) and Aeon Safe (Titan). Wearers form a team buff with nearby Guardians called Aeon Cultists. When a Guardian performs their class action (a dodge for Hunters, a Barricade for Titans or a grenade throw for Warlocks), allies receive extra energy for the matching class: barricade energy for Titans, grenade energy for Warlocks and dodge energy for Hunters. The buff chains through a fireteam, so the more wearers, the more it keeps going.

Acquisition

Acquisition has changed across seasons. A GameRevolution guide lists Mercury Heroic Public Events, random enemy drops, weekly Powerful Engram milestones, the Leviathan raid and the Raid Lair as sources. These guides predate later seasons, so check the current drop tables before relying on them.
