History of Crystocrene Cloak

Overview

Crystocrene Cloak is a Legendary Hunter Cloak piece (Hunter) of the Crystocrene armor set, an arctic expedition outfit from Destiny 2: Beyond Light themed for Europa. Its design draws on hockey padding and soldiers in winter gear, built for fighting the House of Salvation. The set comes in all three classes; this piece is the Hunter cloak version.

The set has a 4-piece bonus that grants Frost Armor while out of combat. Bungie permanently disabled that bonus in the Crucible after it was found to trigger during combat; it still works in PvE.

Acquisition

Pieces are unlocked through quests on Europa (see Europa Class) and then drop from activity completions on the moon.
