History of Crushed, Like A Ghost

Overview

Crushed, Like A Ghost is a Triumph in Destiny 2 that asks you to defeat Hive Ghosts. It awards no Triumph Score.

How to complete

Hive Ghosts are the spirits that bring a Lucent Hive back after it falls. Once the Lucent Hive is down, its ghost can revive it at full health, so the ghost has to be destroyed.

1. Defeat the Lucent Hive and let its ghost appear.
2. Walk up to the ghost and use the finisher. Your Guardian grabs the ghost and crushes it.
3. Stay close when the ghost appears. If you are too far away, it may resurrect the enemy.

Tip: a 2022 Bungie forum thread reports that the finisher must be bound to a controller button, and players found ghosts hard to crush after a high-priority enemy fell in campaign missions and strikes.
