History of Cross Counter

Cross Counter is the intrinsic perk on Liar's Handshake. It activates in two ways: when the wearer uses an Arc melee ability, or when they are hit by a melee attack. Either trigger enables a powerful follow-up melee counterpunch that heals the user. The healing amount and counterpunch damage are not listed here.

Bungie's October 2019 patch notes documented a fix for intermittent activation, and the perk's effectiveness when stacked with One-Two Punch was reduced.
