History of Crooked Fang-4fr

Crooked Fang-4fr is a Legendary Precision Frame Linear Fusion Rifle (Void, Power (heavy) slot) from the Year 1 Gunsmith pool in Destiny 2.

Overview

Curated trait Backup Plan (shorter charge time after swapping). Random rolls include Opening Shot, Kill Clip, Rampage and Dragonfly. Made by VEIST. Elemental damage: Void. See Adaptive Frame-style archetype notes on the weapon-type page for its weapon type.

Acquisition

A Year 1 (Destiny 2) Legendary from the Gunsmith: earn rank-up packages from Banshee-44 (Gunsmith Engrams). It was re-implemented as a Year 2 weapon. Like the rest of the Year 1 pool it is not craftable, has no Adept variant, and is not currently a focusing target in the sources checked; the sources I opened do not give a current sunset/reissue status beyond what is noted here.
