History of Crimson Catalyst

Overview

Crimson Catalyst is a Triumph tied to Crimson, an Exotic Kinetic Hand Cannon. The triumph tracks two catalyst steps (0/2) and 500 precision kills with Crimson (0/500). The catalyst adds range to the weapon and makes it produce Orbs on multikills.

How to complete

1. Get the catalyst. It drops randomly from non-Guardian enemies anywhere in the system.
2. Insert the catalyst into Crimson. This is the first step of the triumph (0/2).
3. Get 500 precision kills with Crimson. A precision kill is a final blow on an enemy's weak point. The weapon shows how many enemies it has defeated.

The wiki's catalyst page says the upgrade is unlocked by 300 precision kills, while the triumph counter here reads 500.
