History of Contingency Plans

Contingency Plans is a triumph with no description in the game data. It shares its name with a chapter of the Rites of Passage lore book added in Season of the Witch, so it is most likely the lore-book record for that chapter. This is unconfirmed: no opened source links the triumph to the chapter.

The lore entry

The chapter has Immaru, Savathûn's Ghost, alone in a ritual chamber, listening to pre-recorded instructions from Savathûn. They cover contingencies involving Ikora Rey, Mara Sov, Eris Morn and Xivu Arath. Destinypedia says the book's entries are unlocked by listening to radio messages during Season of the Witch.

How to complete

Unconfirmed. If it is the lore record, obtaining the chapter in Season of the Witch would complete it; I found no source confirming this, and the season is over.
