History of Conserve Momentum

Overview

Conserve Momentum is the intrinsic on the Exotic Merciless. Hits with projectiles shorten the weapon's charge time for a short window, so landing shots back to back keeps the charge fast.

Sources describe it as charging faster after non-lethal projectile hits until the wielder gets a kill. The manifest text is the current wording.
