History of Community Goal IV

Community Goal IV: Recruits was the fourth community goal of the Eliksni Quarter event in Season of Plunder. It is completed by approaching the Spider's Associates near the side door of the Ether Tank in the Eliksni Quarter, where Mithrax identifies the Eliksni as the first to undergo Vanguard security training. He says the Eliksni are being accepted by the Tower, and that children in the City now see Human and Eliksni faces protecting them.
