History of Cluster Bombs

Cluster Bombs is a Perk 2 option on Roar of the Bear. Its blasts can deal significant damage to groups of enemies, and it can finish off a target that survives the first explosion. It is primarily a PvE option, as the damage per bomb is low in PvP.
