History of Cloak of the Emperor's Agent

Overview

Cloak of the Emperor's Agent is a Legendary Hunter cloak (class item) piece of the Emperor's Agent Suit, a Hunter armor set from the Leviathan raid. Its flavor text is Calus's gift to the Hunter with Ghaul's cunning.

Acquisition

This is a Prestige-mode Leviathan set, previously available from the Prestige version of the raid (introduced 18 October 2017). Destinypedia lists it that way; GoSunoob's older loot guide names different Prestige sets, so check current in-game collections. Class: Hunter.
