Unlocking
How this chapter unlocks is unconfirmed: neither source I opened explains the Season of the Witch unlock for Vol. 3. The page order places it between Chapter 27 and Chapter 29.
Notes
The icon is shared by Chapters 27 to 32 of this book. Sources are lore archives and may not match in-game numbering exactly; Destinypedia's Tales of the Forgotten page I opened only described Vol. 1 in detail.
