Entries of this volume were obtained by exchanging Manifested Pages during Festival of the Lost 2023. Older volumes remain unlockable afterwards with Manifested Pages.

Notes

Tales of the Forgotten – Vol. 4 (Revenant) also has chapters numbered 1-11 with the same names, but no Chapter 13. The Vol. 3 book has 32 chapters plus an Epilogue.
