Chaos Reshaped is a weapon perk found on Salvation's Edge raid weapons such as Imminence. It builds damage stacks from sustained combat: stack 1 gives 20% more damage, and stack 2 gives 35% plus periodic burst healing (35 HP every 7 seconds, or when stowing the weapon).
