History of Chamber of Starlight Starcat

One of the Starcats hidden around The Dreaming City, found in the Chamber of Starlight Lost Sector. Finding every Starcat completes Familiar Felines, which counts toward the Wishbearer seal; collecting all of them also rewards the Wyrmguard Ghost Shell.

Location

Go to the Lost Sector's chest/boss room. Turn to the round platform on the right; the cat sits on the white table in the middle. Guides describe the Lost Sector as lying in the ravine under the bridge between the Divalian Mists and Rheasilvia.

Notes

The Master difficulty is not required, as the cat is in the boss room reached on any difficulty (sources do not state otherwise).
