History of Cascade Point Refit

Overview

Cascade Point Refit is the Slayer's Fang version of Cascade Point. It uses the same trigger: a final blow, or sustained precision hits, made with another weapon raises this Shotgun's rate of fire for a short time. The base rate of fire is 70 RPM.

How it plays

The bonus comes from what you do with other weapons, not from the shotgun itself. Keep your shotgun ready and use your primary or special weapon to clear targets, and the shotgun fires faster for the duration of the boost.

Obtaining Slayer's Fang

Slayer's Fang is an Exotic Void shotgun from the Episode: Revenant campaign, Act III. It drops with guaranteed Deepsight Resonance when you complete the Kell's Fall Exotic mission for the first time. If it did not drop then, it drops after your first completion of Kell's Fall through the Portal. It can also be crafted with one pattern. Exotic catalysts come from completing Exotic missions on Expert difficulty.
