History of Capture Completionist

Capture Completionist is a Nightfall challenge (25 score): complete The Insight Terminus without abandoning a Vex plate until it is fully captured while fighting Kargen.

How to complete

1. The strike is on Nessus (Arcadian Valley, Warmind expansion).
2. At the final boss Kargen, a Cabal Psion Flayer, he is shielded until you capture the Vex plates. Phase one needs one plate; phase two needs three captured at once (TheGamer).
3. Stay on each plate until it fills. Use area-denial weapons near the Cabal portals so adds do not force you off, and have teammates cover while you stand.
4. Finish the strike with the challenge active.

Notes

The challenge is a weekly Nightfall challenge, so it is available only when this strike is the featured one (unconfirmed for current rotation).
