Destinypedia dates it to Season of Plunder; d2.destinygamewiki.com says Season 18 (consistent). Its curated roll lists Corkscrew Rifling, Ricochet Rounds, Hip-Fire Grip and One for All, and the Hakke Breach Armaments origin trait adds damage against vehicles, turrets, barricades and Stasis crystals.
