History of Bond of the Taken King

Overview

Bond of the Taken King is a Legendary Warlock Bond, the class item of the Taken King armor set. It comes from the Ghosts of the Deep dungeon in Season of the Deep. Its flavor text reads: "If I fail, let me be worm food."

Acquisition

Taken King armor, including helmet, arms, chest, legs and class item pieces, drops as loot from Ghosts of the Deep. Normal versions drop from the dungeon's encounters: the first encounter, Hive Ritual; the second, Ecthar, the Shield of Savathûn; and the final encounter, Simmumah ur-Nokru. Artifice armor versions drop from Master difficulty runs. Farm the dungeon to fill out the full class set. No Adept or crafting version is known.
