Bond of the Emperor's Minister is a Legendary Warlock bond (class item) piece of the Emperor's Minister Suit, a Warlock armor set from the Leviathan raid. Its lore has Emperor Calus musing that he sees wisdom in the Guardian, comparable to his former advisor Dominus Ghaul. Flavor text: "For the Warlock possessed of Ghaul's wisdom."

This is a Prestige-mode Leviathan set, previously available from the Prestige version of the raid (introduced 18 October 2017). Destinypedia lists it that way; GoSunoob's older loot guide names different Prestige sets, so check current in-game collections. Class: Warlock.
