Bleeding Edge is a triumph to achieve performance grade A or better in Pinnacle Ops, Crucible Ops or Gambit Ops. Its in-game tracker reads "Grades A in Pinnacle or Crucible Ops achieved (0/2)", so confirm in-game whether Gambit counts.

How to complete (partly unconfirmed)

General guidance from search results: Ops grades go up to A based on difficulty (Normal, Advanced, Expert), chosen challenge modifiers, and performance such as finishing within a time limit and killing many enemies. Selecting a higher difficulty raises the forecasted grade. I could not open a source specific to this triumph.
