Blaze a Trail into the Black (20 points) is awarded for obtaining the Hierarchy of Needs exotic bow from the Spire of the Watcher dungeon.

Clear Spire of the Watcher. Hierarchy of Needs can only drop from the final boss.
Estimated drop rate is about 5%, undisclosed by Bungie. Per Blueberries, bonus chances come from triumphs: lore collectibles (+1), Master clear (+1), full flawless (+1), solo (+1), solo flawless (+2). Charlie INTEL names the triumphs Vexplosion, The Magnificent One, Untarnished Grit, Resident Vexpert and Devil in the Details as drop-rate boosters; the two sources differ, so check the in-game list.
The dungeon is farmable when it is in the weekly rotation.

The Hierarchy of Needs catalyst drops only from Master difficulty (1610 power) and needs 500 weapon kills; it grants the Emergency Scramble trait.
