History of Black Talon Catalyst

Black Talon Catalyst is a triumph tracking the masterwork of the Black Talon exotic sword: defeat 350 enemies using Black Talon.

How to complete

1. Find the Black Talon catalyst, a random drop from Strikes, Gambit and Crucible activities.
2. Get kills with the sword. Only kills dealt by Black Talon itself count.
3. Gambit is an efficient place to farm both the drop and the kills because the sword is strong in PvP.

Reward

Completing it masterworks the catalyst, adding the Reversal perk, which raises the damage of Crow's Wings after a well-timed block.

Discrepancy

Reported kill requirements range from 350 to 500.
