Overview

Better Devils is a Legendary Adaptive-frame Hand Cannon that deals Strand damage and uses the Primary ammo slot. Its flavor text reads "Angels can't help you here."

Blueberries.gg lists Slideshot, Slice, Perpetual Motion, Moving Target, Rangefinder, Rapid-Hit and Reconstruction in the first trait column, and Magnificent Howl, Precision Instrument, Opening Shot, Explosive Shot, Zen Moment, Hatchling and Kill Clip in the second, with the origin trait Nadir Focus. It rates it C-tier for PvE and A-tier for PvP. Suggested PvP rolls pair Moving Target or Slideshot with Opening Shot or Precision Instrument. Shacknews' PvP pick is Hammer-Forged Rifling, Accurized Rounds, Moving Target and Explosive Payload, and its PvE pick is Chambered Compensator, Slice and Frenzy. The two sources disagree on exact rolls, and the Shacknews piece may predate later perk changes.

Acquisition

• Blueberries.gg says it drops from the Crucible Ops playlist and says it is not craftable.
• Shacknews says it drops from Crucible matches and can be focused from Lord Shaxx in the Tower using Crucible engrams. It does not say whether an Adept version exists.
• The game data attached to this page lists many Crucible modes as sources, including Trials of Osiris, Iron Banner-adjacent and seasonal playlists. Its source text says it has random perks and cannot be reacquired from Collections.
