History of Battleground: Delve (Expert)

Overview

Triumph for completing the Expert version of Battleground: Delve, one of the three Battleground strike-style missions added with Episode: Echoes (Nessus). Part of the Battlegrounds content.

How to complete

1. Own The Final Shape and the Episode: Echoes pass; Expert is reported to need roughly 1940 Power and has no matchmaking, so bring a premade fireteam or go solo.
2. Launch Expert from the single Battlegrounds node. It can roll any of Delve, Conduit or Core, so it may take several launches to land Delve. Forum posters report the Expert pool rotating weekly, and one player's Delve completions did not count because Core was the active one that week, so check which Battleground is featured before grinding.
3. Clear the full activity through to the final boss of Delve. Complete Battleground: Delve on Expert. Delve begins at the Well of Echoes, where you collect Fallen data from waves and marked targets (nine pieces) and use a console to open the way in.
4. Use high area-of-effect weapons (grenade launchers, machine guns) to clear waves, and mods that match the enemy faction.
