History of Banner of War

Banner of War is a Strand Aspect for the Titan Berserker subclass (the queue note called it Warlock Solar; sources say Titan Strand). Defeating a target with a melee, finisher or Sword raises a banner that periodically heals nearby allies and boosts melee and Sword damage; kills speed its pulses. Mobalytics-type search data lists 10 m radius and 20 HP heal pulses, unconfirmed. It unlocks 2 Fragment slots and comes from the quest "Unveiled" at Pouka Pond.
