History of Bad Juju

Bad Juju is an Exotic Kinetic Pulse Rifle originally made by Toland, the Shattered. Its flavor text is a quote from Toland the Shattered.

Overview

Its intrinsic perk, String of Curses, makes the weapon fire full-auto. Kills refill the magazine, increase damage for a short time and grant Super energy based on the strength of the effect. It fires at 450 RPM and is described as anti-Unstoppable capable in Destiny 2.

Acquisition

• Exotic Archive: purchasable from the Exotic Archive at the Tower (it is listed in the Forsaken-era section). One source quotes a cost of 1 Exotic Cipher, 125,000 Glimmer, 200 Legendary Shards and 1 Ascendant Shard; prices change, so check in game.
• Monument to Lost Lights: listed in the Monument to Lost Lights exotic section by one wiki.
• Spellbound (historical): returned in Destiny 2 during Season of Opulence as a quest in the Tribute Hall. That quest is no longer available.
• Destiny 1 (historical): earned by finishing the "Toland's Legacy" Exotic bounty.

The two wikis describe the current vendor slightly differently (Archive vs Monument) because of the rework of exotic re-acquisition.

Catalyst

Unending Curse extends the duration of String of Curses. It drops from Strikes, Crucible and Gambit matches, and the upgrade unlocks by defeating enemies with the weapon.
