History of Azirim

The in-game text for this triumph is blank in the data I have, so what it requires is unconfirmed. I could not find any source describing a triumph by this name.

The name matches Azirim the Ahamkara, a cruel Ahamkara who tricked Awoken of the Dreaming City into leaping from cliffs and was later met during the Great Ahamkara Hunt; he was first mentioned in Destiny 2: Forsaken and again in Season of the Wish. Destinypedia lists no triumph tied to him. The link between this record and that character is a guess from the name.
