History of Awoken

Overview

The Awoken descend from passengers and crew of the generation ship Yang Liwei, lost in a spacetime anomaly during the Collapse and led by Mara Sov; they emerged as blue-skinned, glowing-eyed people in a pocket universe called the Distributary. After returning, they split into Earthborn Awoken, who joined the Last City, and Reefborn Awoken in Mara's Reef kingdom. They built the Dreaming City and the throne world Eleusinia, and are playable as a character species.
