History of Augmentation Terminal

Augmentation Terminals are white booths in Operation: Seraph's Shield where Guardians deposit and retrieve Scanner and Operator augments. Guardians can hold only one augment at a time. Scanner reveals hidden information, such as which terminals to activate, while Operator lets its holder shoot red-glowing panels to open doors, disable laser grids or create platforms.

Depositing an augment removes its buff so the next puzzle step can begin, and it often unlocks a nearby door or area. Guardians switch between Scanner and Operator by depositing one at a terminal and then picking up the other to continue the sequence.
