History of Attendants

Overview

Attendants are a Dread enemy class and one of the Dread's infantry units. They are reshaped Psions with mastery over Stasis, created by the Witness using the Traveler's Light. They attack in large numbers and usually stay toward the back of a fight, engaging directly only when they have no allies left to hide behind or are targeted. Harbingers can Enlighten them, making them more dangerous.

Variants

• Bound Attendants, protected by the power of the Witness.
• Fractal Attendants, the Major-rank variant.
• Frozen Attendants, the Elite-rank variant.
• Specific variants include Artillery Officer and Tempest's Beloved.

Location

Attendants first appeared in Destiny 2: The Final Shape. They also appear in the Episode: Revenant and Episode: Heresy story content.

Tempest's Beloved

In the Tempest's Beloved fight, Attendants accompany an Ultra-ranked Omen of the Witness, along with Husks. Both keep respawning after they are slain. The encounter ends when the Omen is defeated, which lets the Guardian commune with the Veiled Statue.
