History of Astral Cloister

Overview

The Astral Cloister is an area of Riven's Lair, the Destiny 2 activity that appeared in Season of the Wish. Three Plaguewielders must be defeated to complete its objective. It is home to one of the Starcats needed for the Familiar Felines triumph.

Route

From the right portal at Riven, pass through the Fetid Conduit with its three plates and enter the Astral Cloister. Defeat the three Plaguewielders. Face the exit portal and look right to a distant platform with a massive statue. Jump across the platforms to reach it.

Starcat

The Astral Cloister Starcat sits on the statue platform, next to an orb in front of the statue. The cat is usually not visible, so approach the orb until the interact prompt appears.

Access

The Astral Cloister can be reached during the Chiasmus mission, or randomly in the Riven's Lair activity.

Familiar Felines

Finding 14 of the 15 Starcats unlocks the Familiar Felines triumph, which rewards the Wyrmguard Shell and is needed for the Wishbearer title. The 15th cat is optional.
