History of Ascendant Scepter

The Ascendant Scepter is the Season of Defiance artifact, a symbol of Awoken royalty channeling Mara Sov's power through ley lines. It unlocks mods across five columns (Champion stunning, energy cost, damage bonuses, and Orb/Heavy ammo/ability generation). Players receive it at the start of Destiny 2: Lightfall; see Defiant Battlegrounds and Ascendant Plane.
