History of Ascendant Scepter

The Ascendant Scepter is a seasonal artifact from Season of Defiance, described as an empowered symbol of Awoken royalty. It is attuned to the Awoken and to Mara Sov, and lets its wielder benefit from bursts of energy she sends.

The artifact unlocks mods across five columns. Each column offers its own set of options:

• Column 1: Champion-stunning weapon mods, such as Anti-Barrier, Overload and Unstoppable mods, which stun specific Champion types.
• Column 2: Armor mod energy cost discounts for Solar, Strand, Void and grenade builds. Multi-Siphon adds a helmet mod that combines the Strand, Solar and Void Siphon effects.
• Column 3: Orb and utility effects, such as Shatter Orbs, Defiant Armory and Untangler.
• Column 4: Damage and charge effects, such as Flare Up, Origin Hones, Allied Unraveling and Counterweave.
• Column 5: Advanced effects, such as Threaded Blast, Rain of Firebolts and Prismatic Transfer.
