History of Ascendant Anchors

Ascendant Anchors are collectible anchors in the Shattered Realm from Season of the Lost. Some sit behind barriers. Collecting them gives Parallax Trajectory; see Ascendant Anchor for the full collectible.

Seasonal challenge

The Ascendant Ballast I seasonal challenge asks players to collect 10 Ascendant Anchors in the Shattered Realm.

Known issue

In August 2021, players reported that the challenge counter reset or stopped below 10 after picking up certain anchors, including one above the water wheel at the Abandoned Mill. Bungie's community help account replied on August 25, 2021 that it was aware of the issue and investigating.
