History of Appeal to Higher Powers

'''Appeal to Higher Powers''' is a 30-point Dreaming City triumph (Destinations category) for activating the Oracle Engine. It follows Supplicant in the chain.

== How to complete ==

Buy Petra Venj's "Gateway Between Worlds" bounty from Petra Venj for 40 Dark Fragments.

Finish Blind Well waves to fill it: Tier I 10%, II 20%, III 30%, IV 50%.

Turn it in for the Offering to the Oracle, then travel to the Spine of Keres in the Dreaming City and present it at the terminal on the balcony beside the Techeun.

== Tips ==

• One Offering per character per week.
• Week three of the curse cycle presenting it opens a portal to the Queen's Court instead.
• Earlier threads mention a separate Oracle Engine mission in the cycle's second week; sources disagree on how the triumph is credited.

== Rewards ==

Triumph score, a Queen's Bounty and Dreaming City gear.
