History of Anti-Extinction Vest

Overview

Anti-Extinction Vest is the Hunter chest armor from the Anti-Extinction set, which belongs to Dead Orbit. Its quote, from Canto I of The Book of Departures, names emigration as the principle every Arach must swear to.

Acquisition

Come by it with Dead Orbit Engrams or from Arach Jalaal. Destinypedia says the set sold for Legendary Shards plus Dead Orbit Tokens at a minimum level of 20.
