History of Anomalous Weapon Part

Overview

The Anomalous Weapon Part is a Quest item obtained during Magnum Opus II, the Season 15 follow-up quest for Forerunner. After completing the quest's 225,000-point objective in Dares of Eternity, the player is instructed to bring the part to Banshee-44 in the Tower to install it on Forerunner.

Reward

Completing the hand-in awards the Forerunner Catalyst. The in-game quest record and contemporary guide describe this as the final step of the original quest.
